Kano spends N1.7bn for Sallam Rams *faints*

The Kano State Government has released N1.7 billion for the payment of ram bonus to its Civil servants to celebrate Sallah.
State civil servants -                        N520mil worth of Ram
State LGA workers-                         N410mil worth of Ram
Primary Education Board-               N847mil worth of Ram


Am not against Sallah Ram bonuses o, but this is way beyond it.
A whooping 1.7b can be used to better the way of living of a Kano indigene, it can be used to send countless natives to school, it can be used to improve the agricultural sector in the state.
